Step 1. Dream the dream (our plans or yours).

Step 2. Contact us to review Island Style Homes designs, concepts and costing.

Step 3. Prequalify with our local lenders.

Step 4. Allow us to find you property anywhere in the state through our established network. If you already own land skip to the next step.

Step 5. Allow us to provide you with a fixed quotation which includes a visit to your level compact building site.

Step 6. If you are in agreement, sign the contract and leave the stress, problems and nightmares of completing you brand new home to Island Style Homes, while remaining in full control.
