1. Find out how much money you can afford. This will determine in most part what size of a home you will build. Contact any of our listed lenders for up to date programs and rates

2. Land Acquisition: We can help with land acquisition any where in the state, just let us know what you are looking for and we will help you find it through our network of qualified Realtors statewide.

3. The next step is to actually build the home on paper using our plans or yours. With our assistance we can help you create a budget itemizing all of your costs. As an owner builder you will act as your own project manager and gather bids for your project. Finalize you comprehensive budget by securing actual bids.
Submit for architects stamp, septic engineer and all applicable permits and bonding.

4. Once permits are issued and all applicable paperwork is in place,including appraisals you can begin construction. Your level of physical participation is entirely up to you.

5. Upon completion,move in and enjoy living in your new home
